SF Match
Texas Children’s Hospital, Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Program, participates in the San Francisco Match. We will be requiring the same documents as listed on the SF Match website, including ABA ITE scores. Detailed information regarding the SF Match in pediatric anesthesiology can be found .
Applications will be accepted from January 5, 2026 – April 1, 2026.

Application Information for 2-Year Pediatric and Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and also through the SF match for those seeking a combined 2-year fellowship for pediatric and pediatric cardiac anesthesia. We offer 3 positions annually.
Most of our fellows will have completed both an ACGME-accredited anesthesia residency and a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship. We have trained fellows in non-traditional pathways as well, including those applying following completion of an adult cardiovascular fellowship. Applications will also be considered for outstanding international candidates with equivalent background training in pediatric and adult anesthesiology.
